Küto Increases Table Reservations by Nearly 20% After Adopting Libro

With 80% of business fueled by takeout, Küto tapped into the Libro Reservation platform to drive more traffic to its dining room. In less than six months, the fast-casual tartar restaurant increased table reservations by nearly 20%.

“Once we got up and running on Libro, reservation requests jumped from three or four a week to almost seven a week,” says Kim Charlebois, franchise owner of Küto. “Taking advantage of Libro’s Reserve with Google feature was a big factor and produced results for us quickly.”

“We increased our visibility and reached new customers without spending extra marketing dollars. With Libro’s help, tartar lovers have discovered Küto and now they can book a table in one click.”

Because Libro and Reserve with Google seamlessly integrate, Küto was positioned in front of one billion consumers who rely on Google every month to find a new place to eat. Küto also added a “reserve table” button directly to the restaurant’s profile on Google Search and Google Maps for no additional cost.

The Küto staff managed the uptick in reservations flawlessly by using a host of user-friendly table management tools built into the Libro platform. According to Charlebois, the paper reservation book was retired for a tablet, which has produced fewer errors and a more accurate record of customer information.
