Restaurateurs are Looking for Solutions to the No-Show Phenomenon

Restaurant owners continue to try to find solutions to counter the “no-show” phenomenon, which leads to significant financial losses.

Currently, the Consumer Protection Act allows restaurateurs to take a credit card number when making a reservation, but they cannot charge a fee in the event that customers do not show up for their reservation.

The owner of Bello Ristorante speaks to TVA Nouvelles about the topic and how his restaurant relies on the Libro Reservation platform to reduce no-shows.
