Why Quebec Restaurants Should be Allowed to Charge No-Shows

Restaurants in Quebec have had enough of no-shows. They are calling on the provincial government to allow restaurants to charge guests who don’t show up for their reservations.  

Cancellation fees are nothing new for many services, and restaurateurs in Quebec want to be protected too.  After all, 18% to 20% of reservations will be a no-show.
